Foxtype operates as a design foundry under the management of its parent company, Foxburg. All legal and contractual matters are administered by the registered corporate entity.

When you purchase a font, you are buying the right to use font software rather than owning the fonts themselves. By default, licenses are issued for a single user or workstation. For expanded needs, such as multiple workstations or high-volume web traffic, you can purchase additional licenses or choose Extended Licenses (Studio or Corporate) for unlimited internal use.
